Pure Safety
The health and safety app.
43 modules. Each page says what it does, what is on the file, why it is digital, and the UK duty it sits under.

The benefit
The paperwork is done where the work is. The office stops chasing it.
Filed on the job
The inspection, the near miss, and the permit are done on the phone. They do not wait in a notebook for someone to type up.
Nothing open without a name
A fail, a finding, or a missed check-in becomes an action with an owner and a date. It stays on the board until it is closed.
One file for the meeting
Risks, incidents, permits, and actions are already together. You stop reconciling spreadsheets before the morning meeting.
Ready when someone asks
The record is the one the site used. Enough for a RIDDOR, an insurer, or an HSE visit. We do not print a certificate we have not earned.
What it is
The health and safety system for the job.
Pure Safety is the inspections, the risks, the incidents, the permits, the plant checks, the fire plan, and the people. It is the file a supervisor uses on the scaffold and a safety lead reads in the morning meeting.
A fail becomes an action with an owner before they leave. A near miss has the photos and the witnesses while people still remember. A permit is live, or it is not. Training that has run out is visible before that person is put on the task.
It is built for UK duties. COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, RIDDOR prep, asbestos, noise, HAVS. The phase plan sits on Pure Projects. The lone-worker watch has its own page. It writes to this record.
