What it does

  • Name, location, client, and the CDM duty holders. Principal designer and principal contractor named.
  • Phases of the work: pre-construction, site works, structure, fit-out, commissioning, handover.
  • Who owns each phase. A blank job is not a plan.

On the record

  • The job has a name, a client, and the duty holders before the gate opens.
  • Each phase has an owner. You are not reconstructing the job from emails.
  • The phase plan, the gates, and Pure Safety start from this record.
