The job
The site diary
What happened on the job that day.
Record
The diary
The duty
CDM 2015
Where it is used
Written the same day
What it does
- Who was on site, what moved, what was held, and the weather if it mattered.
- Written the same day as the inspection and the permit. Photos if they help.
- Not a separate book the office has to chase.
On the record
- The diary, the inspection, and the permit are the same day on the same job.
- What was held is already a gate or an action, with a name.
- The office reads the file. It does not chase a notebook.
