At the gate, before they start
What it does
- Site rules, emergency, welfare, and the hazards particular to the job. Done before they start.
- Cards and tickets in date, from the training record on Pure Safety.
- Subcontractors cleared before they are given a gate to pass. A visitor is not the same induction.
- A gap shows before they are put on the task, not after.
On the record
- Cleared, or not cleared, is on the job before they start.
- Cards and tickets are read from the training record. They are not typed in again.
- A visitor induction is a different record from a site induction.
