What it does
- A change to the method, the sequence, or the residual risk is a new version of the plan or the RAMS.
- It is not a note in an email. It is on the record, with an owner.
- Commercial variations and cost sit elsewhere. This is the construction and safety record.
On the record
- The previous version stays. The site is pointed at the current one.
- The owner of the change is named before the gang uses it.
- Cost and commercial variations are not stored here.
