Document control
Where it is used
In the pack for the standards you hold
What it does
- Each standard brings the documents it asks for.
- A document has a version, an approval status, and a review date.
- PDF export is secondary. The record in the app is the current one.
On the record
- An old version stays as history. The pack shows the approved one.
- A review date that has passed stays visible.
- The same document can be evidence for more than one clause.
The standard

- Management review and objectivesThe review inputs the standard actually asks for. Objectives with a baseline, a target, and a measurement series.
- AI gap assessmentOn request, a draft internal audit from the records you already hold. A named person reviews, amends, and signs.
- Statement of ApplicabilityFor 27001 and 42001 the statement is built from the control register. Every control, included or excluded, with a justification.
