The module
Internal audits and nonconformities
Audits against the clause set. A finding becomes a nonconformity with a corrective action.
Record
The audit and the action
The standard
Internal audit
Where it is used
On the same action record as Pure Safety
What it does
- An audit is against the clauses you hold, not a generic checklist.
- A finding becomes a nonconformity with an owner and a corrective action.
- The action reuses the record Pure Safety already keeps.
On the record
- A draft audit is badged. It is excluded from readiness until a person signs it.
- Nonconformities are created when a person completes the audit.
- Open majors reduce the readiness score until they are closed.
The standard
Internal audit
The audit clause in the standards you hold. For 45001 and 9001 that is clause 9.2. The person audits. The system holds the record.
Also in The module
All- Document controlRequired documents for each standard, written in the app. Version history, approval, and the review date.
- Clause complianceEvery clause for the standards you hold, with a status, an owner, and the evidence linked to it.
- Management review and objectivesThe review inputs the standard actually asks for. Objectives with a baseline, a target, and a measurement series.
- AI gap assessmentOn request, a draft internal audit from the records you already hold. A named person reviews, amends, and signs.
- Statement of ApplicabilityFor 27001 and 42001 the statement is built from the control register. Every control, included or excluded, with a justification.
